Special Needs

If you are making arrangements for a person with special needs, Hitchin' Post Tours and Travel must be advised of the situation prior to registration of the special needs passenger. If this passenger requires a wheelchair, is unable to handle money, is hearing impaired or is mentally impaired, we require that someone accompany the special needs passenger who will be responsible at all times for him and his/her needs.

Hitchin' Post Tours and Travel reserves at all times the right to deny a specific tour to any special needs person whose needs will preclude fulfillment and/or enjoyment of the same tour by all of the other passengers.
