Cancellation Policy

36 or more days prior ? full refund

14-35 days prior ? refund will be determined by refunds available to Hitchin' Post Tours and Travel for pre-paid shows, events, accommodations, etc. If you are able to find a person to go in your place, full refund. If we are able to find a person to go in your place, full refund less $25 cancellation fee.

Within 14 days ? Please don't cancel for any reason other than illness, hospitalization or death of self or family member. In the event cancellation becomes necessary, please attempt to find someone to take your place. Hitchin' Post Tours will be able to recover very little, and any charges HPT is unable to recover will be withheld from your refund. If you believe cancellation may be a possibility, please request information about Travel Insurance.

PLEASE NOTE: Tours, which include, shows, plays or other pre-paid events must be canceled at least 45 days in advance.

If you qualify for a refund, please notify our office of the specific tour and date of cancellation in writing before expecting a refund.
